The SMF5 series filters liquids through a designated membrane filter and counts the particles trapped in the membrane filter.

SPro, S3, SA, SMD. In the series, You can put a glass into a liquid, taken out, dried, and then particles on the surface of the glass are detected. 

The SA series can be used for  glass, silicon wafers, and metal plates.
